Dog Training – Rattlesnake Avoidance

Rattlesnake Avoidance Training

Our 2018 annual clinic was Friday, May 18 to Sunday, May 20, 2018.

Check back spring of 2019 for next year’s clinic dates!

For the last several years we have hosted rattlesnake avoidance training clinics with training and snake handling provided by High on Kennels.

High on Kennels’ clinics are conducted in a safe, humane, and controlled environment ensuring the safety of your dog, people, and rattlesnakes. Using live, neutralized, local snakes, dogs will learn to identify and avoid the sight, sound, or scent of a rattlesnake (rattlesnakes have a distinct odor that dogs can discern from other snakes).
